Do you have any case studies?
Yes! One two-bedroom property in London we rent for GBP1500 from the owner. We rent it to tenants – fixing income for the owner (and we pass-on the benefit of any future rental increases).
What about maintenance?
We’ll negotiate a fair agreement with you – but generally we’ll take care of any cosmetic / fair wear and tear repairs.
Will you buy the property?
Each deal is different – but we’re definitely open to an option / right to buy arrangement.
Will tenants look after the place?
We carefully review tenants (at the start and during the tenancy). We have experts on-hand to identify and handle any issues before they escalate. Your asset is in safe hands with us.
Which areas do you operate in?
We’ll look at everything if the commercials are right. Our head office is in the North of England – however we have arrangements in place for properties all over the UK, and for all types (apartments, houses, freeholds and leaseholds).
